Master-Works is seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming our clients' spaces by providing expert advice and services related to joinery and carpentry. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and tailoring of joinery solutions to meet specific client needs and project requirements.
Key responsibility :
• Manage Data management project that include Data strategy development, DG,
DQ MDM and metadata implementation.
• Conduct requirement gathering, business analysis and any data architecture
activities with the data governance and quality projects.
• Participate in the data maturity assessment sessions and gap analysis.
• Participate in pre-sales activities for Data management RFPs such as EDW/BI
projects, MDM, DG , Metadata management, DQ.
• Develop Data strategy, Data management policies and procedures, DM KPIs ,
DM workflows that are aligned with NDMO and drive data monetization.
• Develop DG Operating Model with its related Job description , roles and
responsibilities.
• Conduct NDMO compliance exercise to measure how much the organization is
aligned and comply with NDMO guidelines.
• Design & implement the data quality standards, roles, and metrics
• Pro-actively interact and collaborate with senior management levels at client
and/or within Masterworks.
• Create Data Governance Processes in addition to other data management
processes such as data quality, Metadata Master Data, Data warehouse, and all
other data management areas.
• Act as a trusted adviser to the customer on technical topics.
• Identify the gap between business requirement and data architecture and propose
and design optimal data warehouse and analytics solutions to fulfill the
business/technical requirement.
• Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of
a high-talent team.
• Collaborates with team members towards achieving clients' objectives.
• Enhance Master Works internal processes when needed and internal consultation.
Required skills and qualifications:
• Familiarity with Data management solutions and technologies
• Familiarity with microservice architecture
• Strong client-facing experience as a data engineer/consultant
• Strong understanding of analytics and data science Preferred skills and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics or related subject
• 1 Years + experience in data, business analysis or consultation domain
• Master is a preferred education degree for this role
• Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
• Strong communication skills
• Arabic and English Speaker is a must
