The Contract Manager at Grifols Egypt will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations while supporting the company's operational and strategic goals.

This role aims to streamline contract management processes, mitigate risks, and optimize vendor and stakeholder relationships. By ensuring that all contractual agreements align with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.

the Contract Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring business continuity within Grifols Egypt's pharmaceutical and healthcare operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Contract Development & Negotiation:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including procurement agreements, service contracts, and regulatory agreements.
  • Ensure contracts comply with Egyptian laws, industry regulations, and Grifols internal policies.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to align contracts with business goals.
  • Manage contract templates and maintain standardized contracting procedures.


Contract Administration & Compliance:

  • Monitor contract execution, ensuring compliance with terms, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract documentation and revisions.
  • Support audits and regulatory inspections by providing necessary contract-related documentation.


Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related queries and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support operational needs.


Financial & Risk Management:

  • Ensure contract budgets are adhered to and cost-effectiveness is maintained.
  • Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support financial forecasting related to contractual obligations.


Academic & Professional Experience Required

  • Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors or other related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian contract laws and international business regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management
  • Experience in a multinational company or regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and supply chain management
