Responsibilities:
System Management and Maintenance:
• Administering and maintaining the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support to HR staff and employees.
• Managing system upgrades, patches, and configurations.
• Ensuring system security and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Generating reports and analyzing HR data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Developing and maintaining HR metrics and dashboards.
• Using data to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR processes.
System Implementation and Optimization:
• Participating in HRIS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and training.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize HRIS functionality and improve efficiency.
• Collaborating with IT and other departments to integrate HRIS with other systems.
Training and Support:
• Providing training to HR staff and employees on how to use the HRIS.
• Creating user guides and documentation.
• Providing ongoing support and resolving user inquiries.
Process Improvement:
• Developing and documenting HRIS business process workflows.
• Working to improve HR processes bythe HRIS system.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Required Years of Experience:
Min 4-7 years of experience.
