Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the onboarding team to ensure a seamless client activation process.
  • Formulate and implement effective onboarding strategies aimed at maximizing customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to improve the overall onboarding experience.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on system setup, features, and best practices.
  • Track client progress, address any challenges, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or implementation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, SaaS, or call center technologies.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Experience in the GCC market will be considered an advantage.
