Onboarding Team Leader

Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the onboarding team to ensure a seamless client activation process.
Formulate and implement effective onboarding strategies aimed at maximizing customer adoption.
Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to improve the overall onboarding experience.
Provide training and guidance to clients on system setup, features, and best practices.
Track client progress, address any challenges, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or implementation.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, SaaS, or call center technologies.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Experience in the GCC market will be considered an advantage.
