GAF Design Studio is looking for a "Site Engineer" to be part of their team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the site team in executing construction activities, ensuring work aligns with technical designs and architectural plans.
• Manage the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment on-site, ensuring efficient resource usage and minimizing downtime.
• Act as the primary contact for subcontractors, overseeing their work to ensure compliance with contract terms, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Projects Lead to maintain progress according to the master schedule, making adjustments as necessary to avoid delays.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for on-site issues, utilizing engineering knowledge to propose viable solutions and coordinate with various teams for swift resolution.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the specified standards and client expectations.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction site management or engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
