Job Overview: SmartPlus is seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Officer to join our team. The Warehouse Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including managing inventory and ensuring efficient and accurate processing of goods. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and products.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock movement.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, work orders, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Assist in training new warehouse staff and enforce safety protocols.
- Address and resolve any issues related to inventory and warehouse operations.

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and electronic inventory tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
