JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Specialist in Creative Design to oversee the thematic design and development of innovative theme park attractions. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a part of groundbreaking projects that push the boundaries of creativity and enhance visitor experiences in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative design process for theme parks, from concept development to final execution.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive and innovative design solutions.
- Conduct research on industry trends to inform design decisions and enhance creative outcomes.
- Produce high-quality visual presentations and creative proposals for stakeholders and clients.
- Oversee production artwork, ensuring alignment with creative vision and quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance in creative processes and problem-solving.
- Maintain a strong focus on creating immersive experiences and storytelling through design.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in creative design, with a focus on theme parks or related entertainment projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design capabilities and production artwork.
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling tools.
- Excellent project management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for/theme parks and understanding of audience engagement through design.
