We are looking for a Product Manager to join a cutting-edge team that is working on some of the most exciting products being launched in the Kingdom. This role is for experienced product managers who have a track record of managing and leading high-performance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that align with company objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements, specifications, and release plans.
- Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and preferences throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Utilize agile methodologies to manage product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- +3 years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or platforms, with a focus on user experience and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and creating exceptional user experiences.
- Fluency in English language.
