Work closely with service providers to ensure efficient execution of transportation processes and on-time delivery.
Develop and maintain performance metrics, working schedules, and monitor delivery schedules.
Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on deliveries, and handle complaints efficiently.
Ensure timely renewal of required permissions and certifications for drivers and vehicles.
Maintain vehicle asset records, monitor fuel costs, and prepare accurate reports on vehicle movements and performance.
