We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Excellence Executive to join our team. This role supports our logistics operations by identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring operational efficiency across the supply chain.
- Assist in analyzing logistics performance data and identifying process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations
- Support in developing and implementing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Monitor KPIs related to delivery, cost, and service quality
- Assist in reporting and performance dashboards for continuous improvement
- Participate in logistics projects and support the Excellence team in driving initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
