Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will responsible for sourcing and hiring top tech talent to support our company’s growth and innovation and should have a deep understanding of the tech industry, exceptional sourcing skills, and a proven track record in recruiting for a variety of technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing to identify qualified candidates.
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing, screening & interviewing.
- Support in designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Candidate Management
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the
hiring process.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics in
collaboration with his/her direct manager.
- Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Market Research and Analysis
- Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to inform recruiting strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on tech recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various technical roles
Skills And Competencies
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the tech industry landscape.
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills with experience using tools like LinkedIn, and other tech-specific
platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
