Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance-related procurement requests and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Prioritize daily facility issues and delegate responsibilities efficiently.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee Preventative Maintenance Programs for all facility operations.
  • Notify team members of their deliverables and due dates to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Proactively communicate essential information needed by team members to complete assignments.
  • Identify, document, and track issues, risks, and dependencies related to facility operations.
  • Seek out, implement, and document problem resolutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for better workflow and facility management.
  • Follow up on open issues and action items to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Support business development efforts as needed, ensuring alignment with facility operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong background in Civil, and Structural-related facility management.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in facilities management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and solve problems proactively.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Experience in managing large-scale facility operations.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance in facility management.
  • Familiarity with facility-related software and tools for tracking and reporting maintenance activities.
