Role Summary

Manage integrated system of receiving, storage and issuance of materials and products to internal and external customers under rules and regulation defined in SFDA guideline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a Good Warehousing Practices through formal standard operating procedures synchronizes with production and external customer requirement.
  • Manage warehouse workflow under country regulations and SFDA guidelines.
  • Manage day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
  • Manage receiving and receipt recording of all materials and finished goods as per relevant SOP.
  • Manage storage of all materials and finished goods considering safety of the products and as per required storage condition.
  • Manage issuance of raw and packing materials as per required timeline by Production following compliance requirement.
  • Manage dispatches of finished goods as per required timeline by customers following relevant regulation.
  • Ensure periodical cycle count as per stated SOP and keep physical and system inventory accurate.
  • Maintain compliance in Warehouse ensuring no major citation observe by internal and external auditors.
  • Create an open environment that encourages team to work together to solve problems and improve practices and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree is a plus) .
  • 8 to 15 years’ experience in Pharmaceuticals Quality Control
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical products.
  • Analytical skill with focus on total cost of acquisition.
  • Customer focus.
  • Risk management.
  • Planning and problem solving.
  • Supplier relationship management.
  • Knowledge of local and international regulations of imports.
  • ERP system.
