As the Inbound-Outbound Team Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our inbound and outbound teams. You will supervise a team of warehouse and fulfillment associates, ensure smooth operations, and coordinate the timely processing of parcels. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient movement of goods, accurate order fulfillment, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of warehouse and fulfillment associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure smooth operations of inbound and outbound processes, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory management teams to prevent stockouts and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline operations.
• Resolve any issues or challenges encountered during inbound and outbound processes.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve team performance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inbound and outbound operations.
