Job Summary:

As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and building a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates. You will collaborate closely with Talent partners and hiring managers to ensure CEQUENS attracts the best talent for our growing teams.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Talent Research & Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, Boolean search, and professional networks, to identify top candidates.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Leverage ATS to track, manage, and organize candidate pipelines, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient hiring processes.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Engagement: Reach out to potential candidates through targeted messaging and build relationships with passive talent.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and salary benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Collaboration with Recruiters: Partner with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and refine sourcing strategies.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Employer Branding: Promote CEQUENS’s employer brand by engaging with talent communities and participating in networking events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in a tech, telecom, Cpaas or SaaS environment.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment CRM tools, and data-driven hiring strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to engage passive candidates effectively.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of global talent markets and recruitment best practices.
  • Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
