Job Summary:
As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and building a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates. You will collaborate closely with Talent partners and hiring managers to ensure CEQUENS attracts the best talent for our growing teams.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talent Research & Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, Boolean search, and professional networks, to identify top candidates.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Leverage ATS to track, manage, and organize candidate pipelines, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient hiring processes.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Engagement: Reach out to potential candidates through targeted messaging and build relationships with passive talent.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and salary benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies.
- Collaboration with Recruiters: Partner with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and refine sourcing strategies.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Employer Branding: Promote CEQUENS’s employer brand by engaging with talent communities and participating in networking events.
