Achieve or exceed or exceeding allocated sales target to contribute to company’s sales and returns objectives
Follow the KIA Sales process standards ( Prospecting, meeting, negotiating, … delivering etc.) to deliver highest lead of customer service to achieve company's objectives of customer loyalty and retention
Maintaining awareness of the automotive industry, technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis and Auto Finance knowledge to help achieve personal target and company’s objectives and provide feedback for future planning
Provide, weekly and daily sales activities’ report to direct manager to ensure target and other KPI’s are on track
Keeping records and documentation to be aligned with rules, policies, regulations and procedures
Create maintain and provide accurate timely sales reports and forecasts
Maintain, develop and build relations with existing and new customers via meetings, calls, emails.
Requirements
University degree in business or equivalent
2- 3 years experience in Sales (preferably in Auto sales or auto Finance)
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English language
UAE driver's license and Own a car
Team player
Self motivated and ability to work under pressure
Microsoft applications ability to work on
