Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to invite applications for the position of Director - Food & Beverage (Theme Park). As a key leader within our entertainment division, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing an exceptional food and beverage program that enhances the guest experience at our world-class theme park.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic direction for all F&B operations, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and commitment to quality, innovation, and guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with culinary teams, marketing, and operations to create a dynamic and diverse array of dining experiences that cater to various tastes and preferences.
· Leadership and Management in all aspects of F&B Department management
o Strong team leadership and motivation of a large multicultural team.

· Operational Expertise in all aspects of F&B
o Pre-Opening of a world class park, including project management skills, pre-opening inspections, testing and commissioning and equipment handovers.
o Management of daily F&B including F&B Operations, F&B Service, Kitchen Operations, F&B Receiving, Preparation, Storage, Inventory and Food Safety.
o Strong knowledge and implementation of health and safety regulations, especially related to food safety, production, management.
o Development & implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s); Menu Planning & Development, Food Preparation & Production, Supply Chain & Inventory Management, Food Safety, and Compliance, Revenue Optimization & Cost Control. Including auditing systems.
o Working with International IP Attractions highly preferred
· Guest Service Excellence & Quality standards
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
o Deep understanding of service delivery, to prevent and minimize downtime, manage assets, create reports and analytics, manage inventory and work order management.
o Experience with global quality standards programs (HACCP, ISO, etc)
· Financial Acumen
o Budget preparation and cost control expertise.
o Financial data analysis for strategic decision-making
o Long term financial planning and achieving EBITDA / Revenue targets.
· Sales & Marketing
o Support ideas and campaigns to expand target markets, drive visitation, and improve brand awareness related to F&B.
o Collaborate with others to innovate and adapt to trends and improve service delivery.
o Maintain brand standards and IP requirements.
· Technical Proficiency
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
o Familiarity with relevant software programs (POS systems, CMMS, Staff / Asset / Inventory Management software).

o Great communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to support and develop others in a multicultural environment.
o Strong organizational skills, adaptability and ability to perform under pressure.

- Bachelor's Degree preferably in any of the following fields: culinary, hospitality / tourism, engineering, or other relevant field.
- Preferred Master’s Degree - Fields: MBA, Strategic Management, or a related field for enhanced leadership and strategic skills.
At least 10+ yearsof relevant experience in a similar position. Or more in lieu of a professional degree.
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in leading the opening and operations of an international theme park in at least 2 countries (preferably at least 1 regionally to KSA), with an annual attendance of at least 1 million visitors. Including day-to-day management of F&B Department including; F&B Operations, F&B Service, Kitchen Operations, F&B Receiving, Preparation, Storage, Inventory and Food Safety.
