Responsibilities

        • Direct and manage the financial analysis function for development projects, ensuring accurate financial modeling and assessment of all investments.
        • Conduct detailed feasibility studies and financial assessments for upcoming development initiatives.
        • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary data for financial planning and analysis.
        • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations to support executive decision-making.
        • Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigating financial exposure in development projects.
        • Establish and enhance financial processes and frameworks to improve efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
        • Monitor industry trends and best practices in development financial analysis to inform decision-making and strategic objectives.

        • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data

        • Proficiency in financial analysis software and advanced Excel skills
