At Qiddiya Investment Company, we are transforming the landscape of entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Development Manager to oversee the planning and execution of real estate development projects that align with our visionary goals. This role will involve extensive collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that our development initiatives are successfully delivered.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage development projects from concept through to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and operations to bring projects to fruition while maintaining the company’s vision and strategic objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research to identify opportunities and inform project planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and consolidate management reports (with information gathered from multiple sources).
- Consolidate presentation packages and documents including Stage Gate Review packs, PCG and Committee agendas and papers.
- Meet secretariat functions for PCG, SGRP and District Committee.
- Oversee Team coordination activities including weekly meetings, tracking priorities (30/60/90/120 days).
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management, identifying issues and proposing solutions in a proactive manner.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices throughout the development process.
- Implement sustainable practices within project development to minimize environmental impact and enhance community engagement.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the development team.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in infrastructure and utility asset development, with a strong emphasis on project management.
- Strong project management experience.
- Development, professional (i.e. engineering) consultancy or construction background
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects from development through to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient with project management software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the Middle East is preferred.
