Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dynamic real estate market and be well-versed with the industry dynamics.
- Provide expert guidance to the client regarding properties, prime locations and distinctive features based on the clients’ needs.
- Thoroughly assess clients’ preferences and financial capabilities to tailor personalized recommendations.
- Regularly track deal progress on the CRM platform in accordance with Nawy’s guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to all terms of purchase contracts, safeguarding the interests of all parties involved
- Preserve ongoing communications with clients post-closing, continuing to share product insights with them
Job Requirements
- 7 months+ of real-estate sales experience
- Ownership & commitment to target achievement
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion & results orientation
