- Process optimization: Identify gaps in current processes and provide solutions to improve them.
- Analyse business requirements and transform them into technical solutions related to the clients objectives.
- Analyse requirements, document requirements with required documents, manage stakeholders well, use modelling to represent some of the requirements.
- Achieving efficiency: Ensure systems and processes are more efficient and effective.
- Obtaining advanced certifications in business analysis such as CBAP.
- Decision support: Providing data and analyses that help make strategic decisions.
- Foster collaboration: Working with different teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation of solutions.
- Team presence is onsite.
- Work interdependently with staff at all levels, as well as with programme and technical staff.
- Skilled in analyzing processes and developing services by identifying gaps and identifying opportunities for improvement using process mining methodology.
