What You´ll Do
- Prepares financial planning, forecasting, and internal monthly statements.
- Tracks KPIs, conducts in-depth analysis, and suggests areas for improvement.
- Provides reports and analysis to support decision-making in AO and SBUs.
- Monitors cost developments and conducts variance analysis.
- Ensures compliance with financial reporting guidelines and governance standards.
- Promotes financial controlling (CO) knowledge across the organization.
- Drives continuous improvement in CO concepts, processes, and tools.
- Manages financial controlling tasks for capital investments and MFO projects.
- Leads the team in recruiting, onboarding, and development, fostering agility and digitalization.
What makes you a good fit
- Strong background in finance, accounting, and controlling.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial tools, reporting, and ERP systems.
- SAP experience is a must.
- Fluent in Arabic (Arabic speaker is a must).
- Experience working in a plant environment.
