- Requirement Documentation: Analyze and document essential requirements, effectively manage stakeholders, and utilize modeling techniques to represent specific requirements.<\/p>
- Efficiency Improvement: Strive to enhance systems and processes, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.<\/p>
- Certification Goals: Pursue advanced business analysis certifications, such as the CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).<\/p>
- Strategic Decision Support: Deliver insightful data and analyses that assist in making informed strategic decisions.<\/p>
- Collaborative Efforts: Engage with various teams to facilitate the seamless and effective deployment of solutions.<\/p>
- Onsite Team Participation: This position requires team members to be present onsite.<\/p>

Fluent in Arabic and English
- Work interdependently with staff at all levels, as well as with programme and technical staff
- Skilled in analysing processes and developing services by identifying gaps and identifying opportunities for improvement using process mining methodology
- A minimum of 3 full time team members at the client headquarters.
