Job Description

Overview:

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an experienced Finance Director to oversee the financial management of its Middle-East retail entities and trade business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning and analysis (FP&A), maintaining relationships with partners, managing a finance team, and ensuring the overall financial health of the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
  • Oversee the financial operations of Middle-East retail entities and trade businesses.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports.
  • Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to drive business growth.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
  • Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Support decision-making through detailed financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Partner Relationships:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners to align financial strategies and objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage financial agreements with partners where relevant.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and financial regulations.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and manage the finance team in the Middle East region.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Ensure the team is aligned with the company's financial goals and objectives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans where necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in finance, business administration (MBA), or related field (preferred)
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or other relevant certifications
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Proficiency with financial management software and ERP systems
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
  • Proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
