Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Planning to lead our planning initiatives within the groundbreaking entertainment project set in Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial in orchestrating the planning strategies that will pave the way for Qiddiya's innovative leisure offerings.
As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to define and execute planning processes, ensuring alignment with our overall vision and objectives. Your leadership will guide a talented team in managing multiple projects and driving optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of strategic planning frameworks for diverse projects in alignment with Qiddiya's goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish planning objectives and key performance indicators.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and risk assessments for project proposals.
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration to integrate planning processes across departments.
- Monitor project timelines and outcomes against strategic plans, recommending adjustments as necessary.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of planning professionals, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Prepare and present planning reports to senior management and stakeholders.
