Following the daily, Weekly, Monthly plans for the soft-services activities (HK, Pest Control & Landscape).
Preparing the required documents for the internal and external audits.
Ability to learn always the latest updated in the field of the soft services.
Ensure, in cooperation with the team, compliance with safety regulations and record-keeping of activities performed
Following Aramex standards and focus on the quality of the implemented works.
Be prepared to work shifts and under pressure according to the business needs.
Support to complete the vendor’s daily tasks according to SOPs.
Support FM leader in collecting the Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Support FM leader in developing solutions to difficult problems and be on call for emergencies.
Support FM leader in the performance evaluation of the soft services vendors
Handle the daily activities, meet deadlines and develop plans on how to achieve departmental and goals.
Ensuring that all safety instructions and procedures are followed.
Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels in the organization.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

Educational background (Engineering or High institute)
Good knowledge of English language
3 years’ experience, minimum 2 years of experience in the soft services field “HK, Pest Control & Landscape “.
Experience with the working in the warehouses (Is preferred)
Experience of using MS office program
Ability to create all kinds of reports
Ability to deal with the vendors
Knowledge of safety rules and standards
Able to work under pressure in a cross functional organization.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Pro-Active and able always to think out of the box to find new ideas.
Car license: Preferred

ocation: 6th of October Industrial zone and to rotate as per business need between aramex offices.
