We are seeking an exceptional and highly skilled Broker Manager with an extensive, proven track record in Dubai’s real estate market. The ideal candidate must have sustained, uninterrupted involvement in active property sales in Dubai, with no deviations into non-sales roles such as holiday homes, property management, or similar positions. A minimum of five years of active, continuous real estate sales experience in Dubai is required.

• In-depth Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of Dubai’s diverse property landscape, including trends, pricing, and developments, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated history of closing high-value transactions and achieving sales targets in competitive market conditions, showcasing expertise in both residential and commercial real estate.
• Exceptional Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate complex deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and developers, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Client Relationship Management: Skilled in building and nurturing long-term, trusting relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

• RERA Certification
• With UAE Driving License and a car
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in handling complex transactions.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team.
• Fluent in English/Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with real estate CRM tools for tracking sales and managing client relationships.
