Daikan Izakaya, Yas Bay is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to join our exceptional team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will assist in managing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that guests receive the highest quality of service and that the restaurant runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Directly oversee staff performance during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Service Excellence: Monitor guest experience and address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Staff Training: Assist in training new staff members, sharing knowledge about service standards, menu items, and processes.
- Shift Management: Assist in scheduling and managing staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Inventory Oversight: Help track inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and managing stock levels efficiently.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies, to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Reporting: Assist in reporting on operational performance, customer feedback, and staff performance to upper management.
