  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management systems that drive employee engagement and high performance.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, and HRIS management.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the technology or insurance industry.
  • Deep understanding of the insurance industry, insurtech trends, and the regulatory environment.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence business leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
