Design Manager IT AV MEP

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Manager with expertise in IT, AV, and MEP systems. As the Design Manager for IT, AV, and MEP, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and coordination of technology, audiovisual, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of these systems into the overall design and construction process.

In this role, you will lead a team of design professionals and provide technical expertise to ensure that IT, AV, and MEP systems are designed to meet project requirements, industry standards, and regulations. You will play a key role in driving innovation and efficiency in the design and implementation of these systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the design and coordination of IT, AV, and MEP systems for projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate these systems into the overall design
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Review and analyze design drawings and specifications
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the design team
• Monitor and manage design schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with construction teams to resolve design-related issues during construction phase
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in IT, AV, and MEP systems
