Technical Support and Training Associate

What You Will Do

• Provide technical support and training for fire suppression products, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Conduct on-site training sessions for customers, focusing on the operation and maintenance of fire suppression systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to fire suppression equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to develop support materials and resources for customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and customer interactions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes related to fire suppression.
  
  

Required

What we look for

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of fire suppression systems and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other technical documentation tools.
  
  

Preferred

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or training roles within the fire safety or related industry.
