Your Role
- Stay up to date with the dynamic real estate market and have in-depth knowledge of all projects and developers within Taskeen’s inventory.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on prime locations, property features, and investment opportunities based on their needs.
- Engage with potential clients to facilitate property sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Assess clients' preferences and financial capabilities to offer tailored recommendations.
- Maintain and track deal progress on our CRM platform, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Conduct property viewings for interested clients.
- Act as the key link between clients and developers throughout the contracting process.
- Ensure all purchase contract terms are met to safeguard the interests of all parties.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by maintaining communication post-sale.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A passion for sales and real estate
- Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
