As the Senior Project Manager - Design (Hotels), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design phase of hotel projects. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design phase of hotel projects, ensuring that design goals, timelines, and budgets are met
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
- Manage and coordinate design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and evaluate design concepts, drawings, and specifications for compliance with project requirements
- Monitor and control project changes, risks, and issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate any potential impacts
- Provide leadership and guidance to design teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards in the design phase
- Prepare and present design progress reports, presentations, and recommendations to clients and senior management

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing design projects, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel design principles, standards, and trends
- Proven track record of successfully delivering hotel design projects
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
