Qiddiya Investment Company is revolutionizing the entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Senior Director (Public Golf). In this strategic role, you will lead the development and management of our public golf initiatives, ensuring they align with Qiddiya's vision of creating a world-class leisure destination.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic planning, development, and operation of public golf facilities within the Qiddiya project.
- Develop and implement operational plans that enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue generation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation within the public golf segment.
- Lead the design and construction of golf courses, working closely with architects, landscape designers, and construction teams.
- Establish partnerships with local and international golf organizations to promote tournaments and events.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for golf initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to golf facilities and operations.
- Foster a culture of excellence, customer service, and sustainability within the golf operations team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies that attract golfers and increase participation.

- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- A minimum of +15 years of experience in golf course management or related fields, with a focus on public golf
- Strong knowledge of golf operations, including course maintenance, customer service, and event management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale golf projects and facilities
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in business development and budget management is highly desirable
