Senior Specialist- Contracts Management (COR 214)

In this role, you will be integral in overseeing the management of contracts across various projects, ensuring compliance, enhancing operational efficiency, and minimizing risks.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction-related terminology and assess contract templates to ensure adherence to relevant standards and regulations.
• Evaluate RFP packages and contract provisions to identify and address potential risks.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to summarize contract actions and clarify responsibilities.
• Perform financial due diligence on contractors and conduct thorough analyses of award proposals.
• Develop strategies for negotiation and document outcomes from meetings for future reference.
• Reduce the company's exposure in non-standard agreements while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Offer insights and recommendations for the Bid Review Program (BRP) to improve competitiveness in proposals
• Analyze data and create regular reports on contract performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
