Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of hotel projects from concept to completion, aligning with the brand vision and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other team members to create cohesive and inspiring hotel environments.
- Develop design guidelines and standards that reflect the highest quality and innovation in hotel design.
- Conduct design reviews and provide expert feedback to ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional, and sustainability criteria.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that the hotel design process is efficient and within scope.
- Stay updated on hospitality design trends and integrate best practices into projects.
- Oversee the preparation of design documentation and manage relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, promoting a creative and collaborative culture.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 9-12 years of experience in hotel or hospitality design with a notable portfolio
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing design teams and large-scale projects
- Deep knowledge of hotel operations, guest experience, and relevant design trends
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of presenting ideas clearly to various stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, including budget oversight and timeline adherence
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
