Senior Procurement Manager

JASARA PMC, a leading program management company, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Procurement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the procurement efforts and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, establishing strategic partnerships with suppliers, and overseeing the procurement process.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify qualified suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Lead the procurement team and provide guidance on best procurement practices.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure high-quality products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and develop solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier negotiation, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
