Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Talent & Development Manager to partner with stakeholders, identify their learning needs, and create impactful programs that drive workforce transformation while supporting ongoing growth and development.

This role requires a blend of consultative abilities, program design expertise, and behavioral transformation knowledge, coupled with strong program management and execution skills.

The ideal candidate is fluent in leveraging technology, AI-driven learning tools, and data analytics, and can seamlessly transition between a consultant, project manager, and execution lead to deliver high-quality learning solutions. Additionally, the role requires strong visualization and storytelling skills to develop compelling pitch decks and presentations that secure stakeholder buy-in.

Key Responsibilities

Learning and Development

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Needs Analysis
  • Engage with business leaders and departments to identify learning and capability development needs.
  • Act as a trusted learning consultant, translating business objectives into structured learning interventions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Program Design & Behavioral Transformation
  • Design high-impact learning programs using modern learning methodologies that drive behavioral change and enhance performance.
  • Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create engaging, outcome-driven programs that foster measurable behavioral transformation
  • Program Management & Execution
  • Lead the end-to-end management of learning programs, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through data analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Technology and Data Analytics
  • Utilize LMS, AI-powered learning tools, and virtual collaboration platforms to enhance learning experiences.
  • Leverage data analysis and visualization tools to interpret insights, track learning effectiveness, and drive decision-making.
  • Learning Impact & Assessment
  • Establish learning metrics, KPIs, and assessment frameworks to measure program effectiveness.
  • Implement evaluation models to track behavioral transformation and business impact.

Talent Transformation

Lead Skills-Based Talent Transformation

  • Design and execute next-generation career pathing strategies that shift the focus from roles and tenure to skills, capabilities, and business needs.
  • Drive the adoption of a skills-based approach to learning, career growth, and workforce planning.
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of AI-driven career development, internal talent marketplace, and upskilling platforms.
  • Build a structured skills framework aligned with evolving industry demands.
  • Align Career Development with Business Strategy

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, corporate training, or talent management.
  • Expertise in learning design, behavioral transformation, and adult learning principles.
  • Proven experience in program and project management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital learning tools, LMS platforms, AI-driven learning solutions, and data analytics and visualization tools
