Now, we’re looking for a sharp and driven Sales Representative to help us expand our impact across both B2B (schools, institutions, education providers) and B2C (individual learners, expats, travelers, professionals) channels.


💼 Role Summary

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face and voice of 3arabian—connecting with leads, nurturing partnerships, and helping clients find the right Arabic learning solutions. You’ll manage both inbound and outbound sales, pitch our unique offerings, and help close deals that fuel our mission.

You’ll report to the Sales & Marketing Supervisor and collaborate closely with the curriculum and content team to stay aligned with our educational products.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads via email, phone, and messaging platforms to convert them into active students.
  • Guide individuals through our learning plans, pricing, and value proposition.
  • Follow up with trial users and past customers to encourage re-engagement.
  • Identify and reach out to potential partners: schools, companies, travel programs, NGOs, etc.
  • Pitch our B2B Arabic learning solutions tailored to institutional needs.
  • Draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and build long-term client relationships.


General Sales Activities

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline progress.
  • Track monthly sales targets and actively work towards meeting them.
  • Use tools like Instagram DMs, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn Messaging, etc., for outreach and follow-ups.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute feedback for growth strategies.

✅ Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic and English—spoken and written.
  • 1–2+ years experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, language learning, or service-based industries.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C clients is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, persuasive approach.
  • Familiar with tools like WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, Instagram, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and online communication tools.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet KPIs and grow with a fast-paced startup.
