We are seeking a dedicated
Client Onboarding and Success Specialist to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for our clients across both our
brokerage company and our
brokerage platform. You will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with our services, and building long-term relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Implementation (Brokerage Company & Platform)
- Guide new clients through the initial onboarding process, ensuring they understand our services, platform, and brokerage offerings.
- Assist clients with account setup, verification, and compliance documentation.
- Provide training on platform usage, brokerage services, and transaction processes.
- Ensure a smooth and timely integration of clients into our ecosystem.
- Client Relationship Management & Success
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences.
- Work closely with clients to help them achieve their goals using our brokerage services and platform.
- Provide ongoing support and personalized guidance to ensure clients maximize the value of our offerings.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Client Support & Retention Strategies
- Track and analyze client engagement on both the platform and within the brokerage firm.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to the client experience.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, coordinating with internal teams when needed.
- Generate reports and insights to inform business and product development.
- Develop strategies to enhance client loyalty and long-term engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in client onboarding, customer success, or account management, preferably in brokerage, fintech, real estate, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, brokerage operations, and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, client analytics, and reporting.
