The Digital Transformation Director will spearhead the company's digital transformation efforts, ensuring that cutting-edge technology enhance efficiency across all departments. This leader will oversee the
optimization of systems used in the organization, the
introduction of AI-driven automation, and the
integration of digital solutions to drive improving efficiency across the organization. As the
bridge between business and technology, the role requires a strategic thinker who can engage stakeholders, analyze business processes, and implement digital solutions that enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Proper Integration of Organizational Processes into the Organization's Systems: Collaborate with department heads to analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and integrate these processes into the organization's systems.
- SAP Utilization & Integration: Ensure SAP functionalities are fully utilized, linked correctly, and effectively rolled out across the organization.
- AI & Automation Implementation: introduce AI based recommendations that in the organization that help improve efficiency.
- Improve Efficiency in Governmental Portal Procedures: introduce recommendations that would increase the efficiency in regular procedures done to submit data and documents to governmental portals (e.g., Ministry of Health, Saudi FDA).
- Dashboard & Data Visibility: Introduce real-time dashboards to improve cross-functional visibility and decision-making across the organization.
- Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment of digital initiatives.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of emerging digital transformation trends, evaluating and integrating relevant technologies into the organization's strategy.
Ideal Candidate:
- Professional Background & Expertise:
- 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Broad understanding of SAP functionalities and their operation.
- Strong knowledge in emerging digital transformation and AI trends.
- Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in SAP, AI, Automation, or Digital Transformation are a plus.
