Master-Works is seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and will be responsible for aligning business objectives with HR strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance workforce engagement.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that address human resource challenges.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent and a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on various HR topics, promoting awareness and compliance.
  • Partner with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and career development opportunities for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, addressing any compliance issues proactively.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a business partner capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Proven track record in supporting business objectives through effective HR strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development is preferred.
