Master-Works is seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and will be responsible for aligning business objectives with HR strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance workforce engagement.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that address human resource challenges.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts.
- Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent and a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on various HR topics, promoting awareness and compliance.
- Partner with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and career development opportunities for employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, addressing any compliance issues proactively.
