The Role
Goal: Become the voice of the customer and validate the product with real users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer research (qualitative and quantitative)
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data
- Transform insights into product recommendations
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
Ideal Background:
- Experience as a product manager, UX researcher, startup founder, or service industry operator
- Early-stage tech experience, preferably B2B SaaS
- Passion for understanding user needs and pain points
