Program Overview 

Rock Petroleum is offering a comprehensive Graduate Program designed to equip high-potential graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in the energy sector. This rotational program provides exposure to key business areas, including Finance, Operations, Trading, and Shipping. Over the course of the program, participants will gain hands-on experience, working closely with senior professionals and receiving mentorship in their chosen fields. 

This program is an excellent opportunity for ambitious graduates to build a career in the energy industry while developing a well-rounded understanding of Rock Petroleum’s core operations.

Requirements

To be considered for the Graduate Program, you should: 

• Hold or studying a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Maritime Studies, Operations, or a related field. 

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in the energy sector. 

• Be proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to different roles and challenges. 

• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Previous internships or work experience in relevant fields (preferred but not required).
