We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work. VML Cairo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Director to lead and grow our client portfolio. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business development, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the profitability and strategic direction of your assigned accounts. You will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a passionate advocate for our clients and our agency. Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Egyptian market and beyond. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets. Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations that showcase VML's capabilities and value proposition. Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential clients. Represent VML at industry events and conferences. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with key clients. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance. Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and expand VML's service offerings. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client objectives and VML's overall business goals. Lead the development of innovative and effective marketing strategies that drive results for clients. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations. P&L Management: Manage the P&L for assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of account managers and other team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Provide guidance and support to team members in their professional development. Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of experience in the advertising, marketing, or digital agency industry. Business Development: Proven track record of successfully developing and winning new business. Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. P&L Management: Strong understanding of P&L management principles and experience managing budgets. Client Relationship Management: Exceptional client relationship management skills, with experience managing executive-level relationships. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
