Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead, develop, and enhance a high-performing sales team. The role involves acquiring new logos in the ME region for the Client's services on an individual contribution basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the entire sales process, excelling in lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Discover and cultivate new business opportunities through diverse channels.
  • Evaluate leads to identify potential business prospects.
  • Reach out to prospective clients, foster relationships, and perform needs assessments.
  • Present and demonstrate our products, showcasing the Client's unique value.
  • Tailor solutions to meet clients' specific requirements and deliver proposals.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with potential clients.
  • Finalize agreements and secure new business contracts.
  • Oversee the post-sale process to ensure seamless onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets while contributing to the team's overall success.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in End-to-End Sales or similar roles in Technology, SaaS, or Fintech.
  • Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Experience in managing client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills.
