Assistant Manager - Sales

As an Assistant Manager - Sales, you will take charge of ensuring the seamless operation of the department in accordance with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, all while fulfilling the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. This role encompasses acting as a sales specialist, wherein you will be instrumental in maximizing revenue in the most profitable manner, adhering to set targets. Furthermore, you will lead a team within your assigned segment, overseeing their performance and growth.

We seek candidates with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, along with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, either as Assistant Manager - Sales or Sales Executive. Strong problem-solving capabilities, along with effective administrative and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this position.
