Scope Of Work* Primary
- Focus on implementation and processing of the pay structure of the organization. The job consists of ensuring correct and timely payments of salaries to employees.
- Address payroll issues that may arise at the various levels (employees and management) as well as recording and maintaining the same in the SAP/ERP systems.
- Coordinate and liaison with the related agencies in carrying out the activity.
- Administer Retiral benefits.
- Manage and present employee related data - Manpower, Attrition & Trigger, Budget, Compensation Fitments, Trend, Diversity as well as need based data analysis - that may assist HR processes (PMS, Compensation, Retention, etc.) for decision making at timely intervals; also helps in analysing, accessing, facilitating and aligning business decisions. Creating, customizing and presenting the data as per the needs of various stakeholders associated with business.
- Design and develop HR interventions and initiatives directed towards the well-being and development of the employees. The processes should be focused towards increasing the productivity of the employees, enhancing interpersonal skills for relationship management, establishing employee communication forums, motivating employees, encouraging recognition & development of people and facilitate smooth coordination amongst the stakeholders.
- Implement the organizational goals developed for the employees; maintaining organizational health & hygiene factors; seamlessly orienting and inducting new hires into the culture of the organization
- Implementation and processing of the benefit structure of the organization. The job consists of ensuring appropriate understanding of employee benefits as well as communicating the same to the employees.
- Address benefits issues that may arise at the various levels (employees and management) as well as recording and maintaining the same in the SAP/ERP systems. Coordinate and liaison with the related agencies in carrying out the activity.
