About the role

:The Senior Art Director for will lead the creative vision for bold, boundary-breaking visuals tailored for a digital-first audience. This role requires a mix of high-level creative leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on design expertise, ensuring that every visual output aligns with the brand’s innovative and audience-centric approach

.As a key player in the Creative Marketing team, you will oversee digital campaigns across social media, digital ads, and on-platform placements, pushing creative boundaries and delivering compelling visuals that keep OSN+ ahead of the curve. You will work closely with the Head of Creative, Copywriters, Motion Designers, and the Marketing team, leading creative direction while mentoring and guiding junior designers to elevate the brand’s visual identity

Key Responsibilitie

  • s:Lead the creative direction for OSN+’s digital campaigns, ensuring fresh, innovative, and audience-first visuals across all touchpoint
  • s.Develop and oversee bold, trend-driven visuals for social media, digital ads, promotional assets, and streaming platform placements, ensuring they align with evolving digital behavior
  • s.Own projects from concept to execution, working both independently and collaboratively to bring the Head of Creative’s vision to lif
  • e.Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and high performanc
  • e.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Motion Designers, Copywriters, and Marketing leads, to align visuals with broader campaign strategie

  • ons:7+ years of experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design, or a similar creative role, preferably within entertainment, digital media, or streaming industr
