Position: Supply Planner (Farm / Packaging House / Hotel / Analyst)

Overseeing supply to successfully meet demand and organizational financial and service objectives.

Conducting thorough analysis of data from demand planning, warehouse operations, and production scheduling. Employing a strategic approach to develop and uphold a supply plan that takes into account the characteristics of the items supplied and their respective supply lead times.
Engaging in Sales and Operations meetings to consistently evaluate and adjust supply according to fluctuations in demand. Implementing necessary actions to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained, avoiding overstock situations.
(For Analysts) Responsible for synthesizing the three planning facets into one comprehensive plan, which includes preparation, oversight, and effective communication of the finalized supply strategy.

S&OP process understanding.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Basic knowledge in supply related functions such as planning, MRP, logistics, production, processing.
Experience in Supply or Demand planning.
Proficient use of Excel, Power point, e-mail, and Microsoft Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Analytical, with a problem-solving mind set, reports on problems and possible solutions.
